Within the framework of the relevant legal regulations, the authorized institution for the determination of music hours is the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and the defendant Ministry does not have any responsibility, duty and authority on the subject. “The freedom of science and art, and the protection of art and artists, which are given to individuals as a constitutional right with the public benefit, will be damaged. Therefore, we want the execution and cancellation of the circular that sets the music broadcast ban at 1:00 am.”
