Suspicious samples were taken from the gardens in the mountain districts of Bursa

Taking into account the complaints and demands from the producers in the two mountain districts of Bursa, the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry conducted inspections for pests in blueberry, raspberry and aronia orchards.

BURSA (IGFA) – Teams affiliated to the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, working on agricultural efforts and cultivation, in response to complaints and requests from producers in the neighborhoods of Büyükorhan and Orhaneli districts of Bursa, examined the blueberry, raspberry and aronia orchards .

In the one-on-one meetings with the producers in the field, practical information on pruning, care, effort and fertilization was given, while disease and harmful organism controls were made on the plants in question.

In the inspections, the teams gave information to the manufacturers about disease prevention and occupation and sent the suspicious samples taken from the production materials to the affiliated Research Institute to be evaluated in terms of disease. According to the information received, it was learned that the producers will be informed according to the results from the institute.
