REGULATIONS WILL BE MADE AT THE END OF DECEMBER

“We will give the inflation difference at the beginning of July. We have other regulations regarding it, I will not explain it here. When those regulations are made, this will reach numbers such as 1300-1400 liras, 2 thousand 300 liras, 2 one-on-one retirement bonus is 45 thousand liras and 50 thousand liras will increase in the middle. A public employee who will receive a bonus of 200 thousand lira will receive 250 thousand lira. change in bonuses. We will also make an arrangement at the end of December. As we did last year, our public employees will again receive the collective agreement difference, the inflation difference, and the difference I don’t want to say today. By making other additional regulations, the regulation regarding the 3600 additional indicators we made in December 2022 will reflect on the salaries and retirement bonuses of public employees much differently.

Stating that the rights of contract workers employed in the public sector will be improved thanks to the work, Bilgin said, “The public hires contract workers when they need it. We will give them to them,” he said.

REGULATION ON PRIVATE HOSPITALS
