The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) approved the operating licenses of 6 savings finance companies, whose adaptation request was deemed appropriate.
Decisions of the BRSA’s delegation on the activities of savings finance companies were published in today’s issue of the Official Gazette.
Working licenses, operating licenses were granted to Emin Meskenim Savings Finansman AŞ, Fuzul Savings Finansman AŞ, Birevim Savings Finansman AŞ, Affiliate Savings Finansman AŞ, İmece Savings Financing AŞ and Sinpaş Savings Finansman AŞ, whose adaptation request was approved.
the said decisions; Obtained in accordance with the Financial Leasing, Factoring, Financing and Savings Financing Companies Law and the Regulation on Establishment and Operational Principles of Savings and Financing Companies.
The BRSA rejected the adaptation request of 21 savings finance companies and decided to liquidate them on July 2, 2021. The review and valuation process was completed on April 28, 2022, with the approval of 6 savings financing companies’ adaptation requests.
With the decision published today, the operating permits of savings finance companies have also been decided. Thus, the valuation process of savings finance companies since March last year was completed.
