48 young people who successfully completed the ‘Employment Guaranteed Vocational Training Courses’ program, implemented by BEBKA in cooperation with Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone Directorate (EOSB) and MEGEM, received their certificates.
BURSA (IGFA) – Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA), which continues to work with the 2022-2023 theme of the General Directorate of Development Agencies focused on “youth employment”, in cooperation with Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone (EOSB) and Vocational Training and Development Center (MEGEM). At the end of the Employment Guaranteed Vocational Training Courses, 48 trainees were given certificates.
Stating that they implemented the first of the training programs in cooperation with MEGEM operating under Eskişehir OIZ, BEBKA Secretary General Assoc. Dr. M. Zeki Durak said, “We gave our trainings in the fields of CNC machine operator, CMM-based quality control operator and gas metal arc welding operator, which Eskişehir industry needs. Starting with 50 trainees selected from the middle of the candidates who showed great interest; We are pleased to present our young people with their certificates at the end of the heavy training activity that lasted for 2.5 months and 400 hours in total. Our Development Agency, which identifies local needs on the spot, will play a valuable role in increasing youth employment in the coming period.”

Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone Leader Ender Küpeli advised young people who have completed the training to act cautiously in their professional journey. Kupeli said, “As someone older and more experienced than you, I suggest you persevere. No one can come to a position or position in a short time after getting a job, but if you persevere, you will be successful in your business life for the rest of your life. The trainings given here make a very rapid contribution to employment. Many of you have already found a job, and many of your friends are having job interviews. I would like to thank all our educators and especially BEBKA who contributed to these pleasant results. These trainings will be repeated if necessary.
