Armed raid in Norway: 2 dead, 21 injured

It was reported that 2 people were killed and 21 people were injured in the armed attack in Norway.

The incident occurred at the exit of a bar known as a frequented place for LGBT people in the capital city of Oslo. In the armed attack, 2 people were killed and 21 people were injured.

Eyewitnesses said that a man carrying a bag approached the bar and then started shooting with a gun he took out of the bag.

Police spokesman Tore Barstad stated that they believe that the perpetrator of the attack has been caught and that there is no other suspect involved in the incident.

On the other hand, it was noted that the reason for the influx is not known yet, but the possibility of a “terrorist attack” is being evaluated.

After the attack, the “LGBT Pride Parade” to be held in Oslo today was cancelled.

Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere said in a statement on the attack on his Facebook account, “The armed attack that took place tonight in front of the London Pub in Oslo was a brutal and deeply shocking attack on innocent people.”
